摘 要:随着技能型社会对专业要求的不断提高,高素质人才的培养也受到广泛重视。院校作为人才培养的主要环节,与时俱进的教学改革是满足社会发展需求的必然保障。电气工程专业是科技发展的核心专业之一,具有理论性和实践性强的特点,以电力拖动自动控制系统课程为例,以成果导向教育理念为指导,通过搭建便捷式运动控制系统仿真平台,实现实践教学与课堂教学同时进行,使课堂学习更贴近于社会、企业或科研需求,便于实现学生个体学习的自由探索,进而提高学生的综合素质。With the improvement of the professional requirements of the skill-based society,the training of high quality personnel has also received extensive attention.Colleges are the main places of talent training,teaching reform with the times can meet the requirements of social development.Electrical engineering is one of the core majors in the development of science and technology,which has the characteristics of strong theory and practice.The course of Automatic Control System of Electric Pulling is taken as the example,the practice teaching and classroom teaching are carried out simultaneously by building a convenient motion control system simulation platform based on outcome based educational concept,which can make the classroom learning more close to the needs of society,enterprises or scientific research.This kind of teaching mode is convenient to realize the free exploration of students'individual study,and then the overall quality of students is improved.
