摘　　要：目的构建体外膜氧合(ECMO)护理核心能力指标体系。方法通过文献综述、理论分析和实践经验,制定访谈提纲,通过行为事件访谈法对6名临床护理兼管理专家、8名ECMO师资团队成员、6名ECMO护理小组成员进行访谈,提炼主题并编制函询问卷,用德尔菲法对16名专家进行2轮函询,确定ECMO护理核心能力。结果两轮函询问卷回收率100%,16名专家权威系数0.86,包括5个一级领域、17个二级维度及71个三级项,各级变异系数分别为0.00~0.16、0.00~0.15、0.00~0.23。结论本研究构建的各级指标全面、细化,贴近临床,操作性强,可为选拔、培训、考核、认证从事ECMO患者护理的专业人员提供依据。Objective Constructing a core competency system for nurses in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)care.Methods Through literature review,theoretical analysis and practical experience,an interview outline was developed.6 clinical nursing and management experts,8 ECMO faculty members and 6 ECMO nursing team members were interviewed through the behavioral event interview method.The themes were refined and a correspondence questionnaire was developed.Two rounds of correspondence were conducted with 16 experts using the Delphi method.Results Two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were finished with a 100%valid return rate and an authority factor of 0.86 for the 16 experts.The core competencies of ECMO nurse specialists comprised 5 first-level domains,17 second-level dimensions,and 71 third-level items.The coefficients of variation at each level were 0.00 to 0.16,0.00 to 0.15 and 0.00 to 0.23 respectively.Conclusions The indicators at all levels constructed in this study are comprehensive,detailed,close to clinical practice and highly operational,providing a basis for the selection,training,assessment and certification of nurses engaged in the care of ECMO patients.
