摘 要:采用紫外光照射电解液槽及工件表面的方式,进行了SiCp/Al的光催化辅助射流电解加工实验。光催化作用产生的羟基自由基·OH与SiC颗粒发生化学反应生成硬度较低且结合力较弱的SiO2层,SiO2层和金属铝基体分别被带有TiO2磨粒的射流冲刷去除与电化学阳极溶解去除,实现了金属铝基体和SiC颗粒的同步去除。首先通过测量氧化还原电位,优选出TiO2质量浓度4 g/L、H2O2体积分数3%的NaNO3电解液,然后进行了传统射流电解加工与光催化辅助射流电解加工的侧壁轮廓与表面质量对比。结果表明,光催化辅助射流电解加工能够明显抑制加工凹坑边缘表面的杂散腐蚀,对凹坑加工具有较好的定域性与表面质量。The photocatalytic assisted jet electrochemical machining experiment of SiCp/Al was carried out by irradiating the electrolytic cell and workpiece surface with ultraviolet light.The hydroxyl radicals·OH generated by photocatalysis react with SiC particles to form a SiO2 layer with lower hardness and weaker binding force.The SiO2 layer and the metal aluminum matrix are removed by jet washing with TiO2 abrasive particles and electrochemical anodic dissolution respectively,achieving synchronous removal of the metal aluminum matrix and SiC particles.Firstly,the NaNO3 electrolyte with TiO2 mass concentration of 4 g/L and H2O2 volume fraction of 3%was selected by measuring the oxidation reduction potential,and then the sidewall profile and surface quality of traditional jet electrochemical machining and photocatalysis assisted jet electrochemical machining were compared.The result indicated that photocatalytic assisted jet electrochemical machining can significantly suppress stray corrosion on the edge surface of machining pits,and the machining pits have good localization and surface quality.
