摘　　要：目的了解海军某部救生舰艇一线官兵心肺复苏知识认知情况。方法自制调查问卷,选择海军某部救生舰艇一线官兵为调查对象,汇总调查结果并行统计学分析。结果海军某部救生舰艇一线官兵“正确实施胸外心脏按压”自评得分最高[(1.65±1.05)分];“熟悉美国心脏协会(AHA)心肺复苏指南最新更新要点”自评得分最低[(0.66±0.87)分]。心肺复苏基础知识测评正确率:心肺复苏定义(96.69%)、心肺复苏患者意识判断(83.13%)、判断心跳骤停方法(81.63%)位于前3位,判断心肺复苏成功标志(15.06%)排在末位。学习心肺复苏知识主要途径为单位培训,心肺复苏培训方式主要需求为专题理论授课、情景模拟演练、观看视频讲解。结论海军某部救生舰艇一线官兵心肺复苏知识认知情况自评水平偏低,建议结合心肺复苏基础知识测评特点,有针对性地加强重点内容讲解,丰富培训方式,提高患者抢救成功率。Objective To investigate the knowledge and cognition of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among the front line military personnel onboard a certain naval rescue ship.Methods A self⁃made questionnaire was made,and the front line afloat military personnel of a certain naval rescue ship were selected as the survey subjects,and the survey results were summarized and analyzed statistically.Results For the shipboard military personnel,the self⁃evaluation scores of“correct implementation of external cardiac massage”were the highest(1.65±1.05),while the scores of“being familiar with the latest updates of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Guidelines of the American Heart Association(AHA)”was the lowest(0.66±0.87).The top three accuracy rates in basic knowledge assessment concerning cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)were:the definition of CPR(96.69%),the consciousness judgment of CPR patients(83.13%)and the methods for judging cardiac arrest(81.63%).The marks for judging CPR success ranked last(15.06%).The main method of learning CPR was unit training;the main requirements of CPR training methods were lectures on special topics,scenario simulation exercises,and video lectures.Conclusion The self⁃evaluation level of the knowledge about CPR among the front line shipboard military personnel is low.It is recommended that oriented teaching of key contents should be intensified,training methods be enriched in combination with the evaluation characteristics of basic knowledge concerning CPR,so as to increase the rescue success rate of patients.
