摘 要:为了解长荡湖富营养化状况、浮游植物群落结构特征以及与环境因子的关系,于2019年1—12月对长荡湖浮游植物和水质理化指标进行监测、分析。结果显示,长荡湖全年TLI范围为57.3~65.5,不同湖区TLI范围为59.6~62.7,TLI整体年均值61.5,全湖整体已处于轻度至中度富营养状态。长荡湖浮游植物共监测到7门144种,其中绿藻门最多,有70个种,其余依次是硅藻门32种、蓝藻门19种、裸藻门12种、隐藻门4种、甲藻门4种、金藻门3种。从种类组成上看,绿藻是种类最多的藻类,占总种类数的48.6%,主要有栅藻、四角藻等;其次是硅藻,占总种类数的22.2%。CCA分析表明,长荡湖营养盐浓度和藻类群落组成呈现较强的季节变化特征,其中水温、高锰酸盐指数、TP和叶绿素a与蓝藻丰度表现较强的正相关关系。In order to understand the eutrophication status of Changdang Lake,the characteristics of phytoplankton community structure and the relationship with environmental factors,the phytoplankton and physical and chemical indicators of water quality in Changdang Lake were monitored and analyzed from January to December 2019.The results showed that the annual TLI range of Changdang Lake was 57.3-65.5,the TLI range of different lake areas was 59.6-62.7,and the overall annual average TLI was 61.5.The whole lake was in a state of mild to moderate eutrophication.A total of 144 species of phytoplankton from 7 phyla were monitored in Changdang Lake,among which Chlorophyta was the most with 70 species,the rest were 32 species of Bacillariophyta,19 species of Cyanophyta,12 species of Euglenophyta,4 species of Cryptophyta,4 species of Pyrrophyta and 3 species of Chrysophyta.From the perspective of species composition,green algae are the most species of algae,accounting for 48.6% of the total species,mainly including Scenedesmus sp.,Tetracerus sp.,etc.,followed by diatoms,accounting for 22.2% of the total species.CCA analysis showed that the nutrient concentration and algal community composition of Changdang Lake showed strong seasonal variation characteristics;among them,water temperature,permanganate index,TP and chlorophyll a showed a strong positive correlation with the abundance of cyanobacteria.
