摘  要:专业课程教学中引入思政教育是高校实现协同育人和立德树人的重要途径。以微生物工程课程在生物技术类专业人才培养中的作用及课程内容为基础,结合课程引入思政教育的必要性,通过修订教学大纲,挖掘思政元素、编写课程思政案例集的方法,提出了课程思政内容与课程内容同向同行、“一体两翼”的融入路径,并构建了多元化课程思政评价体系,以期为推行其他专业核心课的思政教学改革提供借鉴。The introducing of ideological and political education into professional course teaching is an important way to realize cooperative education and moral cultivation for colleges and universities.Based on the role of microbial engineering course in the training of biotechnology professionals and the course content,and combined with the necessity of ideological and political education in the microbial engineering courses,the path of peer integration course ideological and political content and curriculum content and one body with two wings have been proposed,and the ideological and political evaluation system of diversified curriculum have been built through the revision of teaching syllabus,excavate ideological elements,write course education case set method,and provide reference for carrying out the ideological and political teaching reform of other professional core courses.
