新文科背景下应用型本科高校创新创业人才培养的实践与探索——以呼伦贝尔学院为例

摘　　要：大力推进应用型本科高校创新创业教育改革,培养具有创新精神的应用型人才,不但是经济社会发展的需要,更是进一步提升高等教育质量的需要。为社会培养具有创新精神、开拓意识、综合素质高的人才是新时代赋予应用型本科高校的责任和使命。将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,是国家创新驱动发展的战略部署,也是应用型本科高校全面提升人才培养质量的有效途径。新文科建设为应用型本科高校开展创新创业教育提出了明确方向,创新创业教育也成为应用型本科高校新文科建设的重要途径。因而,应用型本科高校应积极构建符合新文科建设要求的创新创业人才培养体系,探索人才培养模式,实施有效的教学方式和方法,实现培养高素质创新型的人才培养目标。Deeply promoting the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities and cultivating innovative talents is an urgent need for national economic and social development and the improvement of the quality of higher education.It is the responsibility and mission of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in the new era to cultivate talents with creative?spirit,pioneering consciousness and high comprehensive quality for the society.Integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent cultivation is the strategic deployment of national innovation-driven development,and also an important way for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.The construction of new liberal arts points out the direction for the innovation and entrepreneurship education of liberal arts majors in colleges and universities.Innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become an important approach to the construction of new liberal arts.To this end,application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities should actively explore the path of training innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the context of the new liberal arts,construct the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and actively explore effective teaching models and methods,and achieve the goal of talent cultivation.
