气相色谱法测定加工食品中戊二醛的含量

摘　　要：建立了测定食品中戊二醛的新方法-气相色谱法,样品用乙酸乙酯萃取处理,通过气相色谱FID检测器、外标法定量目标物,在所考察的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系。结果在6.60 mg/L~164.99 mg/L线性范围内,回归方程相关系数R2不小于0.998,加标回收率在90%~105%之间,按照取样量10.0 g计算,方法定量限为5.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.0%。A new method for the determination of Glutaraldehyde in processed food by Gas chromatography was established,The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate.and determined by Gas chromatography with FID detector,Quantitative tar⁃get was measured by external standard method.There was a good linear relationship within the linear range investigated.The results ranged from 6.60mg/L to 164.99mg/L,The coefficient of the linear regression equation(R2)is not less than 0.998,The recoveries of standard addition range from 90%to 105%,Calculated according to the sample size of 10.0g,The limit of quantitation was 5.0mg/kg,The relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 5.0%.
