摘 要:车辙是沥青路面主要的破坏形式之一,针对沥青路面车辙影响因素,通过在基面层间设置不同阻隔面积的方式模拟不同层间接触状态,进行室内车辙试验,分析了基面层间接触状态变化对沥青路面车辙的影响。研究结果表明:随着层间阻隔面积的增大,车辙深度和车辙发展速率逐渐增大,动稳定度呈非线性减小趋势;层间完全阻隔情况下的车辙深度较未设阻隔情况增大了77%,动稳定度减小了65%,层间完全阻隔情况下的车辙发展速率是未设阻隔情况的2.36倍,层间接触对沥青路面抗车辙能力有较大影响。因此,在沥青路面设计和施工过程中,层间接触状态不容忽视,保证层间良好的接触会提高沥青路面抗车辙能力,延缓车辙病害的发展,从而提高道路使用寿命。Rutting is one of the main damage forms of asphalt pavement.According to the influence factors of rutting on asphalt pavement,the contact state between different layers is simulated by setting different barrier areas between the base layers,and the indoor rutting test is carried out to analyze the influence of the contact state change between the base layers on the rutting of asphalt pavement.The results show that:With the increase of interlayer block area,rutting depth increases gradually and rutting development rate,dynamic stability and decreasing trend is nonlinear and interlayer rut depth is not completely cut off conditions set block is increased by 77%,the dynamic stability reduced 65%,completely blocking situation between the layers of rutting development rate was 2.36 times than that without a block,The interlayer contact has a great influence on the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.Therefore,in the design and construction process of asphalt pavement,the contact state between layers cannot be ignored.Guaranteing good contact between layers will improve the rutting resistance of asphalt pavement,delay the development of rutting disease,and thus improve the service life of the road.
