摘  要:为了研究在高温重载作用下的高模量沥青混凝土在典型半刚性基层路面结构中的合理层位及厚度,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了我国南方某夏季高温城市沥青路面的温度场模型及不同轴载作用下的沥青路面力学响应模型。利用BISAR3.0路面力学计算软件和ABAQUS有限元软件,分析了将高模量层设置在中、下面层及不同高模量层层厚的半刚性基层沥青路面结构在标准温度、夏季高温及不同轴载作用下的力学响应表现。结果表明:将高模量沥青混凝土层设置在中、下面层可以显著降低中、下面层底部弯拉应变水平的较大值,对水泥稳定碎石基层底部的弯拉应力水平改善效果不理想;高温作用下,减少沥青层厚度会使得沥青层整体位置上移,模量下降更加迅速,不建议将高模量层设置在中面层的情况下减少厚度;随着轴重增加,减少高模量层厚度会使水泥稳定碎石基层底部的弯拉应力水平增幅变快,在高温重载作用下不建议减少高模量层的厚度;仅从沥青层底部弯拉应变、水泥稳定碎石基层底部弯拉应力两个指标来说,将高模量层设置在下面层的效果优于设置在中面层。In order to study the reasonable level and thickness of asphalt concrete with high modulus under high temperature and heavy load in typical semi-rigid base pavement structure,the temperature field model of asphalt pavement and the mechanical response model of asphalt pavement under different co-axial load in a summer high temperature city in south China are established by using ABAQUS finite element software.Using BISAR3.0 pavement mechanics calculation software and ABAQUS finite element software,the mechanical response of semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure with high modulus layer in middle and lower layer and different high modulus layer thickness under standard temperature,high temperature in summer and different coaxial load was analyzed.The results show that setting the high modulus asphalt concrete layer in the middle and lower layers can significantly reduce the larger value of the bending strain level at the bottom of the middle and lower layers,but the improvement effect on the bending strain level at the bottom of the cement stabilized macadamium base is not ideal.Under the action of high temperature,reducing the thickness of asphalt layer will make the overall position of asphalt layer move up,and the modulus decreases more rapidly.It is not recommended to set the high modulus layer in the middle layer to reduce the thickness.With the increase of axle load,decreasing the thickness of high modulus layer will make the bending and tensile stress level increase faster at the bottom of cement stabilized macadamia base.It is not recommended to reduce the thickness of high modulus layer under high temperature and heavy load.Only from the two indexes of bending strain at the bottom of asphalt layer and bending stress at the bottom of cement stabilized gravel base,the effect of setting high modulus layer in the lower layer is better than that in the middle layer.
