摘　　要：随着我国道路交通运输的高速发展及市场车辆保有量的不断增加,导致交通事故案件量频繁发生,事故发生时事故车辆的行驶速度是交管部门事故责任认定的一个重要依据,而肇事车辆事故发生时行驶速度鉴定方法的选择直接关系到鉴定结论的准确性,本文通过实际案例对监控视频录像和动量守恒两种车速鉴定方法进行探讨和分析,得出基于不同事故形态选择不同计算方法的可行性和有效性。With the rapid development of China's road transportation and the increasing number of vehicles in the market,the number of traffic accidents occurs frequently,and the driving speed of the accident vehicle at the time of the accident is an important basis for the determination of the accident responsibility of the traffic management department,and the choice of the driving speed identification method when the accident occurs is directly related to the accuracy of the identification conclusion.The feasibility and effectiveness of selecting different calculation methods based on different accident patterns are obtained.
