摘 要:本文主要进行复合材料层合板强度试验研究,借助有限元分析,进行紧固件连接件破坏过程数值模拟。依据试验标准,开展了复合材料层合板沉头单钉单剪连接件在静力载荷下的力学行为的试验研究,得到其在不同铺层形式下的挤压响应如载荷-变形关系、极限挤压强度和挤压模量。并利用试验结果,建立复合材料层合板单钉连接件三维累积损伤模型,研究了连接件强度计算方法,表明以添加了拉伸分层和压缩分层破坏模式的LaRC05准则和刚度退化准则为基础,运用累积损伤方法进行复合材料层合板单钉连接的强度分析的方法有较高的预测精度和适应性,能反映真实的试验现象和趋势。结合试验与模拟结果,讨论了接头损伤破坏过程,分析了损伤机理及接头变形,比较不同铺层对连接件强度的影响。This paper aims to conduct bearing strength testing study of composite laminates,the failure process of fastener connectors is simulated by finite element analysis.According to the test standard,the mechanical behavior of composite laminates with single countersunk head and single shear connectors under static load is studied,and the extrusion response under different ply forms,such as load deformation relationship,ultimate extrusion strength and extrusion modulus,is obtained.According to the test conditions,a three-dimensional cumulative damage model of composite laminate single nail connection is established,and the strength calculation method of the connector is studied.It is shown that based on the LaRC05 mixed strength criterion which add tensile stratification and compression stratification failure modes and stiffness degradation criterion,the cumulative damage method is used to analyze the strength of single pin connections in composite laminates is a way which has high prediction accuracy and adaptability,and can reflect the real test phenomenon and trend.Combined with the test and simulation results,the damage process of the joint is discussed,and the damage mechanism and joint deformation are analyzed,and The influence of different laying on the strength of connectors is compared.
