摘  要:多自由度随机振动更真实地模拟了试件的工作环境,试验条件制定是实施多自由度振动的难点之一。针对功率谱密度矩阵条件制定中存在的不足,改进了多自由度随机振动试验条件制定方法,基于随机振动外场实测数据,利用数据统计包络方法获取最大期望功率谱密度矩阵,并对试验条件进行区域检验。设计运输振动试验并利用实测数据对方法进行了验证,结果表明该方法具备可行性和合理性,同时具有适度保守性。研究结果可为多自由度随机振动试验的精细化实施提供参考。Multi-degree-freedom vibration more realistically simulates the working environment of the test piece.The development of specification is one of the difficulties in implementing multi-degree-freedom(MDOF)vibration.In view of the shortcomings in the development of reference power spectral density matrix(SDM),the development method is improved.Based on the measured data of random vibration field,the maximum expected SDM is obtained using the data statistical envelope method.The reference SDM is regionally tested.The transportation vibration test is designed and the method is verified by the data.The results show that the method is feasible,reasonable and moderately conservative.The research can provide reference for the fine implementation of MDOF random vibration test.
