摘 要:以精密工程与工业测量领域小范围三维控制网的建立需求为背景,阐述了球坐标测量系统近距离ATR精度测试方法,针对现有激光跟踪仪校准规范未给出测角精度评定方法的局限性,提出利用全圆方向法和常角观测法进行激光跟踪仪测角精度评定的方法;鉴于传统加常数测定方法精度较低或工作量较大等问题,利用角度空间前方交会法测定全站仪配合球棱镜使用时的加常数,并利用激光干涉仪标准装置评定仪器的测距精度;由于全站仪的标称精度指标未给出三维坐标精度,利用空间三维坐标转换模型评定仪器的坐标测量精度。利用MS60全站仪和AT402激光跟踪仪进行实验分析,结果表明,球坐标测量系统近距离ATR测量精度具有较高可靠性。Based on the requirement of establishing a small-scale three-dimensional control network in the field of precision engineering and industrial measurement,this paper expounds on the short-range ATR accuracy test method of a spherical coordinate measurement system.Aiming at the limitation that the existing laser tracker calibration specification does not give an angle measurement accuracy evaluation method,the method of evaluating the angle measurement accuracy of laser tracker by using the full circle direction method and constant angle observation method is proposed.Considering the problems of low accuracy and heavy workload of the traditional measurement method of additive constant,the angular space forward resection method is used to measure the additive constant when the total station is applied in conjunction with the spherical prism,and the laser interferometer standard device takes advantage of evaluating the ranging accuracy of the instrument.As the nominal accuracy index of the total station does not give the three-dimensional coordinate accuracy,the spatial three-dimensional coordinate transformation model is used to evaluate the coordinate measurement accuracy of the instrument.The experimental analysis with MS 60 total station and AT 402 laser tracker shows that the short-range ATR measurement accuracy of the spherical coordinate measurement system has high reliability.
