摘 要:以Sigma公司的纯纤维素产品C8002为参照样本,采用毛细管上升法研究了木聚糖对极性(水和甲酰胺)和非极性液体(正己烷和二碘甲烷)的动态吸附行为,并进一步推导出木聚糖的表面能。结果表明木聚糖对四种相关溶剂的吸附能力要弱于纤维素许多,但与溶剂的极性无关,其对溶剂的吸附规律与纤维素类似。由动态吸附推导得到的木聚糖的表面能γ_(s)为46.10 mJ/m^(2),小于静态吸附推导得到的相应数值。表面能中非极性成分γ_(s)^(LW)为41.10 mJ/m^(2),其值是其中的主要成分这一结论没有变化。动态吸附推导得出的木聚糖表面能的路易斯酸γ_(s)^(+)为2.66 mJ/m^(2),大于路易斯碱γ_(s)^(-),即0.94 mJ/m^(2)。这与静态吸附推导的数据相反,但这些结果得到了同时参比的纤维素表面能数据的支持。Taking the C8002 cellulose from Sigma as an example and applying the capillary rise adsorption method,this work investigated the dynamic adsorption behaviors of xylan,and then deduced the surface energy values.Results shown that the xylan has weakly solvent adsorption capacity as compared with the cellulose and the adsorption ignores the polarity of solvent.The deduced surface free energyγ_(s) of xylan was 46.10 mJ/m^(2),it was lower than that of the static adsorption resulted values.And the non-polar componentγ_(s)^(LW) was 41.10 mJ/m^(2),it was also the domination one and the same kept as the static adsorption results.This work also found that the Lewis acid componentγ_(s)^(+)of xylan was 2.66 mJ/m^(2),it was greater than the Lewis base componentγ_(s)^(-)of 0.94 mJ/m^(2) that on the contrary of the static adsorption deduced results,however,supported by the compared cellulose values.
