摘　　要：本文报道一例42岁女性患者,因右股部结节45天就诊,结节周围红肿,皮温高,伴疼痛。结合临床、彩超、病理诊断为细胞性良性纤维组织细胞瘤。We report a case of a 42-year-old female patient presenting with a 45-day history of redness and swelling around the right femoral nodule,high skin temperature,and pain.Combined with clinical,color doppler ultrasound and pathology,the diagnosis of cellular benign fibrous histiocytoma was made.
