胃肠安丸联合三联疗法治疗儿童功能性消化不良伴Hp阳性的疗效及对胃肠动力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胃肠安丸联合三联疗法治疗儿童功能性消化不良(FD)伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的临床疗效及对胃肠动力的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年1月天津市第四中心医院收治的82例FD伴Hp阳性患儿,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组行三联疗法,观察组则采用胃肠安丸联合三联疗法,比较两组临床疗效、Hp清除率、中医症状积分、胃肠动力指标(胃排空率、胃排空时间)、功能性消化不良症状日记(FDSD)、胃肠道症状分级评分量表(GSRS)及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率、Hp清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医症状积分(上腹不适、餐后饱胀、食欲不振、恶心呕吐)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃排空率高于对照组,胃排空时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FDSD、GSRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃肠安丸联合三联疗法治疗FD伴Hp阳性患儿的效果确切,可提高Hp清除率,降低中医症状积分,改善胃肠动力,缓解胃肠道症状,且具有良好用药安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Weichang'an pills combined with triple therapy in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive in children and its effect on gastrointestinal motility.Methods A total of 82 FD children with Hp positive admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 41 children in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Weichang'an pill combined with triple therapy.The clinical efficacy,Hp clearance rate,TCM symptom score,gastrointestinal motility index(gastric emptying rate,gastric emptying time),Functional Dyspepsia Symptom Diary(FDSD),Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate and Hp clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms(epigastric discomfort,postprandial fullness,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The gastric emptying rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the gastric emptying time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of FDSD and GSRS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Weichang'an pills combined with triple therapy is effective in the treatment of FD children with Hp positive,which can improve Hp clearance rate,reduce TCM symptom score,improve gastrointestinal motility,relieve gastrointestinal symptoms,and has good drug safety.
