消渴丸与六味地黄丸合用治疗2型糖尿病的药理及临床作用探讨

摘　　要：目的分析消渴丸与六味地黄丸合用治疗2型糖尿病的药理作用及临床作用。方法选取2019年1月—2022年11月期间在明溪县总医院治疗的2型糖尿病患者98例,按照简单随机法分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组患者应用消渴丸进行治疗,观察组患者应用消渴丸联合六味地黄丸进行治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.92%),显著高于对照组(81.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消渴丸合用六味地黄丸治疗2型糖尿病,可提升其临床疗效和血糖控制效果,并能够显著改善其临床症状,有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the pharmacological and clinical effects of Xiaoke Pills and Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods 98 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in Mingxi County Gen⁃eral Hospital from January 2019 to November 2022 were selected,and divided them into observation group and con⁃trol group according to simple random method,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Xiaoke pills,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Xiaoke pills combined with Liu Wei Di Huang Wan.Compared the treatment effects between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treat⁃ment in the observation group(95.92%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.63%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1c of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoke Pills combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pills in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can improve its clinical efficacy and blood glucose control,and significantly improve its clinical symptoms,which has high application value.
