摘　　要：高职院校治理现代化是国家治理现代化的重要构成部分。在协同治理理论指导下,以高职院校为研究对象,在阐述多元协同治理基本内涵的基础上,对高职院校构建多元协同治理模式的价值意蕴进行分析,进而从坚持党对高职院校的全面领导、坚持多元协同治理理念、优化高职院校治理结构体系、满足多元主体利益诉求以及加强高职院校高质量治理团队建设等方面探讨构建高职院校多元协同治理模式的具体路径,以期推进高职院校治理现代化水平的不断提升。The governance modernization of higher vocational colleges is an important component of the modernization of national governance.Under the guidance of collaborative governance theory,taking higher vocational colleges as research objects,on the basis of explaining the basic connotation of multiple collaborative governance,value implication of constructing multiple cooperative governance model in higher vocational colleges is analyzed.Through insistence on the Party’s overall leadership of higher vocational colleges,adherence to the concept of diversified and coordinated governance,optimization of governance structure system of higher vocational colleges,meeting interests of multiple subjects,and strengthening the construction of high-quality governance team in higher vocational colleges and other aspects,specific paths of constructing multiple collaborative governance mode of higher vocational colleges are discussed,so as to promote the modernization level of higher vocational college governance.
