摘 要:目的对比分析儿童和成人髓母细胞瘤(MB)免疫组织化学(IHC)。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2022年6月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院神经外科和中山大学肿瘤防治中心神经外科/神经肿瘤科收治的76例MB患者病理IHC,对比分析儿童(50例)和成人(26例)MB之间IHC有无差异。结果上皮膜抗原(EMA)、细胞角蛋白(CK)、突触素(Syn)、嗜铬素A(CgA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经元核抗原(NeuN)、少突胶质细胞转录因子-2(Oligo-2)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、S-100蛋白,以及CD99、CD34、p53基因等在儿童和成人间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童和成人MB之间IHC无明显差异,影响MB发病年龄的因素在IHC上无法体现,有待进一步研究确定。Objective To compare and analyze immunohistochemistry(IHC)of medulloblastoma(MB)between children and adults.Methods The IHC of 76 MB patients who were admitted to Department of Neurosurgery,the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University and Department of Neurosurgery/Neuro-oncology,Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from January 2014 to June 2022 were comparatively analyzed retrospectively whether different or not between children(50 cases)and adults(26 cases).Results There were no statistical differences in epithelial membrane antigen(EMA),cytokeratin(CK),synapsin(Syn),chromogranin A(CgA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),neuronal nuclear antigen(NeuN),oligodendrocyte transcription factor-2(Oligo-2),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),S-100 protein,and CD99,CD34,p53 gene between children and adults(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no statistical difference of IHC of MB between children and adults.The factors affecting the onset age of MB cannot be reflected by IHC and need to be further studied to determine.
