摘　　要：目的分析癫痫患儿适应行为的影响因素,以探究合理干预措施,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取2022年10月至2023年1月就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院的208例癫痫患儿为研究对象,以儿童适应行为量表评估患儿适应行为,分析患儿适应行为的影响因素,并给予针对性指导建议。结果多元线性回归分析显示,病程、主要照顾者、药物种类、疾病类型、家庭结构、父母受教育程度、家庭教育、父母关系、延续性护理、家庭情感支持是患儿适应行为的影响因素。结论癫痫患儿适应行为受父母关系、家庭教育、延续性护理等多因素影响,临床可针对以上分析给予多角度护理干预,以提升患儿适应行为水平。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of adaptive behavior in children with epilepsy,so as to explore reasonable intervention measures and provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods A total of 208 children with epilepsy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The adaptive behavior of children was assessed by the child adaptive behavior scale.The influencing factors of adaptive behavior of children,and specific guidance and suggestions were analyzed.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of disease,main caregivers,types of drugs,types of disease,family structure,parental education level,family education,parental relationship,continuity of care,family emotional support were the factors affecting the adaptive behavior of children.Conclusion Adaptive behavior of children with epilepsy is affected by multiple factors such as parental relationship,family education and continuity of care.Clinical nursing intervention can be given according to the above analysis to improve the level of adaptive behavior of children.
