摘 要:目的探讨早期强化康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激对中枢神经损伤患者运动、平衡功能的影响。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月河南省荣军医院收治的86例中枢神经损伤伴运动、平衡功能障碍患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各43例。对照组接受早期强化康复训练,联合组接受早期强化康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激治疗。对比两组康复治疗前后运动功能、平衡功能、肌力、生活活动能力评分。结果两组治疗前运动功能、平衡功能、生活活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组上下肢运动功能、平衡功能、生活活动能力评分均升高,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肌力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组肌力均增高,联合组5级肌力占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期强化康复训练联合生物反馈电刺激治疗中枢神经损伤后伴运动、平衡功能障碍,可改善患者运动、平衡功能,提高其肌力和生活活动能力。Objective To investigate the effects of early intensive rehabilitation training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on motor and balance functions after central nervous system injury.Methods Eighty-six patients with central nervous system injury with motor and balance dysfunction admitted to Henan Rongjun Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and combined group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with early intensive rehabilitation training,and the combined group was treated with early intensive rehabilitation training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy.The scores of motor function,balance function,muscle strength and life activity ability before and after rehabilitation treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The differences in motor function,balance function and life activity ability scores between the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the motor function,balance function and life activity ability scores of upper and lower extremities increased in both groups,and the joint group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The difference in muscle strength before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 months of treatment,muscle strength increased in both groups,and the proportion of grade 5 muscle strength was higher in the combined group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intensive rehabilitation training combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation can improve the motor and balance function of patients with central nervous system injury,and improve their muscle strength and activities of life.
