摘 要:针对森林防火监控云台通常安装在偏远的野外,质量较大导致运输不便以及安装、维护难度普遍较高的问题,对其关键部件支撑臂进行轻量化设计。首先用SoildWorks建立模型进行结构的合理简化,再用ANSYS Workbench对不同材料的支撑臂进行静力学分析。结果表明,与采用结构钢和铝合金相比,采用镁合金的支撑臂在质量上分别减少了77.07%和35.02%,同时其最大等效应力远远小于许用应力。对支撑臂进行拓扑优化,并对拓扑后的结构进行重新建模。对重建后的模型再次进行静力学分析,并进行模态验证分析,其中在保留优化区域10%时,质量由原来的4.2362 kg降低为2.7557 kg,最大等效应力降低了20.24%。优化后的支撑臂固有频率为681.09 Hz,远大于系统的特征频率,在保证稳定性的同时,达到了轻量化的目的。To solve the problems that the forest fire prevention monitoring gimbal platforms are usually installed in the remote field,and its large mass leads to the inconvenience of transportation and the difficulty of installation and maintenance,lightweight design was carried out for the support arm which is a key component.Firstly,SoildWorks was used to establish a model to simplify the structure reasonably,and then ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the statics of different materials.According to the analysis results,compared with structural steel and aluminum alloy,the mass of the support arm using magnesium alloy was reduced by 77.07% and 35.02%,respectively,and the maximum equivalent stress was far less than the allowable stress.Topology optimization of the support arm was then carried out,and the structure after topology was re-modeled.Statics analysis and modal verification analysis were performed on the reconstructed model.The mass of the reconstructed model was reduced from 4.2362 kg to 2.7557 kg when 10% of the optimized area was retained,and the maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 20.24% compared with the original model.After optimization,the natural frequency of the support arm is 681.09 Hz,which is much higher than the characteristic frequency of the system,and the purpose of lightweight is achieved while ensuring stability.
