摘  要:本文利用COMSOL软件研究了一种基于压电材料的薄膜型声学超材料的隔声性能,分析了压电块外接电路的电阻和电感对其隔声性能的影响,并探讨了其在汽车顶板上应用的可行性。研究表明,加入压电块的薄膜型声学超材料隔声性能明显提高;外接电路的电感和电阻仅在传声损失峰值所对应的频率处对材料的传声损失有影响,传声损失峰值随电阻或电感的增大而减小,峰值位置基本不随电阻或电感而改变;外接电路中电阻对传声损失峰值的影响明显弱于电感;复合了压电薄膜型声学超材料的汽车顶板相比于单一钢板压制的汽车顶板具有更好的隔声能力。COMSOL software is used to study the sound insulation performance(SIP)of a membrane-type acoustic metamaterial(MAM)based on piezoelectric materials,and the effect of the resistance and inductance of the external circuit of the piezoelectric block on its SIP is analyzed.The feasibility of its application on automobile roof is also discussed.Results show that the SIP of the MAM with piezoelectric blocks is significantly improved;the inductance and resistance of the external circuit only affect the sound transmission loss(STL)of the material at the frequency corresponding to the peak value of the STL.The peak value of the STL decreases with the increase of the resistance or inductance,and the position of the peak value of the STL basically does not change with the resistance or inductance.The effect of resistance on the peak value of STL is significantly weaker than that of inductance.The automobile roof with composite piezoelectric MAM has better SIP than the automobile roof with single steel plate.
