摘 要:现代科学日趋复杂综合,集群化科研建筑成为跨学科交流的空间载体。在空间联系的基础上,如何打破学科边界,促进跨学科交流成为集群化科研建筑的研究重点。研究借助组织公民行为对跨学科交流的促进作用,在行为内涵的自我-群体-组织-社会四个方面上分析集群化科研建筑空间,总结出知识展示空间-知识交流空间-科研实验空间-社会互动平台四个层次来改善跨学科知识交流。结合国内外优秀案例分析,研究提供各层次设计策略参考,以期优化跨学科交流下的集群化科研建筑空间设计,构建跨学科交流桥梁。Modern science is becoming increasingly complex and comprehensive,and the clustered scientific research building has become the spatial carrier of interdisciplinary knowledge exchange.On the basis of spatial connection,how to break disciplinary boundaries and promote interdisciplinary knowledge exchange has become the research focus of clustered scientific research buildings.Based on the promoting effect of OCB on knowledge sharing,this paper analyzes the space of clustered scientific research architecture from four aspects of behavior connotation:self-grouporganization-society,and summarizes four levels of knowledge display space,knowledge exchange space,research experiment space,social interaction platform to improve interdisciplinary knowledge exchange.Combined with the analysis of excellent cases at home and abroad,this study provides the reference of design strategies at all levels,in order to optimize the design of interdisciplinary communication space of clustered scientific research buildings and build an interdisciplinary communication bridge.
