美国家长教育的经验及启示:内容、形式与保障措施

摘　　要：美国的家长教育在内容上注重子女成长与父母发展并重,子女导向的家长教育强调提高家长的学业辅导能力、子女教育能力、家校合作能力;父母导向的家长教育强调提高家长基本文化素质、学历水平、家庭管理能力。在家长教育形式上,美国致力于个性化与信息化共进,通过制订课程与项目计划、提供家长教育出版物、开办成人夜校等个性化指导形式,结合搭建信息化平台等促进家长教育形式的多样化发展。美国政府通过政策与资金双道护航的措施保障家长教育工作的有效运行,包括法律政策的宏观引领以及专项基金的有效托底等。借鉴与反思美国家长教育的问题与经验,对我国的启示如下:注重子女成长与父母发展并重的家长教育内容;结合国情,完善家校协同育人的个性化与信息化的家长教育指导形式;从政策、资金以及主管部门等层面打造多元家长教育保障措施体系。Parent education in the United States focuses on both the growth of children and the development of parents in terms of content,with child-oriented parent education stressing the improvement of parents’academic counselling skills,children’s educational skills,and home-school cooperation skills,and parent-oriented parent education stressing the improvement of parents’basic cultural qualities,academic levels,and family management skills.In terms of the forms of parental education,the United States is committed to individualization and information technology,and promotes the diversification of parental education through the development of curricula and project plans,the provision of parental education publications,the opening of adult evening schools and other forms of personalized guidance,combined with the establishment of information technology platforms.The U.S.government guarantees the effective operation of parental education through a combination of policies and funding,including macro-guidance in the form and policies and the effective support of special funds.Drawing on the inspiration for china is the problems and experiences of parent education in the United States as follows:focusing on the content of parental education that gives equal importance to the growth of children and the development of parents;combining national conditions improving personalized and informatized forms of parental education guidance and building a diversified system of safeguards for parental education from the levels of policies,funds and public authorities.
