腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床比较

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜根治术与传统开腹手术在结肠癌中的效果。方法选取2020年11月—2023年2月期间于东台市人民医院治疗结肠癌手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受传统开腹手术,观察组接受腹腔镜根治术。对比两组手术指标、恢复指标、胃肠激素指标以及并发症。结果观察组手术指标和恢复指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后,观察组胃泌素、胃动素、抑胃肽水平分别为(82.94±3.71)pg/mL、(144.29±6.51)ng/L、(125.80±3.42)μmol/L,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.263、18.953、19.702,P<0.001)。对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜根治术具有更好的手术指标,可清扫更多的淋巴结数量,对结肠癌患者术后恢复有重要作用,安全性更高。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery and traditional open section surgery in co⁃lon cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients treated for colon cancer surgery in Dongtai People's Hospital from Novem⁃ber 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group ac⁃cording to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open sur⁃gery,and the observation group received laparoscopic radical surgery.Surgical indexes,recovery indexes,gastrointesti⁃nal hormone indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical indexes and re⁃covery indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,gastrin level,motilin level and gastrin inhibitory peptide level in observation group were(82.94±3.71)pg/mL,(144.29±6.51)ng/L and(125.80±3.42)μmol/L,respectively,which were higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.263,18.953,19.702,P<0.001).The incidence of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery has better surgical indexes,can clear more numbers of lymph nodes,plays an important role in the postoperative recovery of colon cancer patients,with higher safety.
