手术室专科护士差序氛围感知与建言行为的关联效应研究

摘　　要：目的了解手术室专科护士差序氛围感知与建言行为的现状,并探讨差序氛围感知与建言行为的关联效应。方法选取河南省5所三级医院的289名手术室专科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、差序氛围感知量表与建言行为量表对其进行调查。结果手术室专科护士建言行为量表总分为(30.89±6.88)分,差序氛围感知量表总分为(31.07±6.84)分;手术室专科护士建言行为与差序氛围感知量表总分呈负相关(r=-0.407,P<0.001);多元分层线性回归分析结果显示,在调整了年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、月收入的影响后,差序氛围感知和手术室专科护士建言行为存在关联效应(β=-0.368,P<0.001)。结论手术室专科护士建言行为与差序氛围感知均处于中等水平,建言行为与差序氛围感知具有关联效应,且呈负相关。护理管理者应营造公平和谐的工作氛围,降低手术室专科护士差序氛围感知水平,促进其建言行为。Objective To understand the current situation of differential atmosphere perception and advisory behavior among specialized nurses in operating rooms,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods A total of 289 specialized operating room nurses from 5 tertiary hospitals in Henan province were selected,and they surveyed by a general information questionnaire,a differential atmosphere perception scale,and a advisory behavior scale.Results The total score of advisory behavior scale for specialized nurses in the operating room and the differential atmosphere perception scale were 30.89±6.88 and 31.07±6.84 points,showing a negative correlation between them(r=-0.407,P<0.001).The results of multiple stratified regression analysis showed that after adjusting the effect of age,education level,professional title,years of work,and monthly income,there was a correlation effect between perceived negative atmosphere and the counseling behavior of specialized operating room nurses(β=-0.368,P<0.001).Conclusion The advisory behavior and differential atmosphere perception of specialized nurses in the operating room are both at a moderate level,and there is a negative correlation between them.It is suggested that nursing managers should create a fair and harmonious work atmosphere to lower their differential atmosphere perception and promote their advisory behavior.
