摘　　要：饮用咖啡作为一种可降低结直肠术后肠麻痹发生风险的辅助措施,方法简单、安全可行。文章综述了术后肠麻痹的概念,饮用咖啡对术后肠麻痹的影响及其作用机制,以及饮用咖啡在手术患者中的应用条件等,以期为咖啡在国内医疗领域的应用提供参考。Drinking coffee is a simple,safe and feasible auxiliary measure to reduce the risk of intestinal paralysis after colorectal surgery.This article reviewed the definition of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,the effects of coffee drinking on postoperative intestinal paralysis and its mechanism,as well as the application conditions of coffee drinking in surgical patients,in order to provide references for such application in domestic medical practice.
