摘  要:为制定简单易行的牛冻精生产技术路线,实现地方牛品种遗传资源保存,用不同的冷冻方法(液氮熏蒸法和程控冷冻法)对西门塔尔牛和短角牛两个品种牛的冻精生产进行了试验比较。结果显示:对于西门塔尔牛,程控冷冻法的冻后合格率、冻后活力和前进运动精子数均显著高于液氮熏蒸法(P<0.05);对于短角牛,冻后合格率程控冷冻法和液氮熏蒸法之间无显著差异(P>0.05),程控冷冻法的冻后活力和前进运动精子数均显著高于液氮熏蒸法(P<0.05)。牛细管冻精冷冻方法采用程控冷冻法优于液氮熏蒸法。在常规生产中,程控冷冻法基本已经代替液氮熏蒸法,但在一些地方牛品种遗传资源采集中,液氮熏蒸法依然适用。In order to develop a simple and feasible technical route for the production of the frozen semen of local cattle and to realize the preservation of the genetic resources of local cattle breeds.Two breeds of cattle,Simmental and Shorthorn,were experimented by different freezing methods(liquid nitrogen fumigation and Program-controlled freezing).The results showed as follows:as for Simmental,the qualified rate of post-freezing,the post-freezing motility and the progressive motility were significantly higher in Program-controlled freezing than in liquid nitrogen fumigation(P<0.05).As for shorthorn,there was no difference in qualification rate between Program-controlled freezing method and liquid nitrogen fumigation method(P>0.05),the post-freezing motility and the progressive motility were significantly higher in Program-controlled freezing than in liquid nitrogen fumigation(P<0.05).Program-controlled freezing is better than liquid nitrogen fumigation.The program-controlled freezing method has essentially replaced liquid nitrogen fumigation in the regular production of straw frozen semen of cattle,but the liquid nitrogen fumigation method is still suitable in the collection of local cattle genetic resources.
