摘　　要：雷达技术的迅速发展对设备测试性提出了越来越高的要求,机内检测(BIT)技术作为雷达测试的重要手段,其发展和设计需要贴近实际工程研制的过程,结合某雷达设备BIT设计开发过程,总结BIT设计经验和原则,对雷达设备BIT检测的方案设计和工程实现有较好的借鉴意义。The rapid development of radar technology puts forward higher and higher requirements for equipment testability,Built in Test(BIT)as an important means of radar testing,its development and design need to be close to the actual engineering development process,combined with a radar equipment BIT design and development process,summarize BIT design experience and principles,for radar equipment BIT design and engineering implementation can be a good reference.
