电动站立床联合踝足矫形器治疗脑卒中下肢伸肌痉挛的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察电动站立床联合踝足矫形器对脑卒中后出现下肢伸肌痉挛患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年11月在阳江市人民医院康复医学科住院部进行诊疗的96例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予传统手法关节松动治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加使用电动站立床和踝足矫形器,两组治疗时间均为30d,比较改良巴塞尔指数(MBI)、综合痉挛量表(CSS)、以及Feglmeyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)。结果:观察组的MBI、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分分值上升程度较对照组高、观察组的CSS评级下降幅度较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑卒中下肢伸肌痉挛,在使用传统手法关节松动治疗的基础上增加使用电动站立床联合踝足矫形器效果更佳。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of dynamic standing bed training combined with ankle-foot orthosis in the treatments of lower extremity extensor spasm in hemiplegic patients.Methods:A total of 96 stroke patients from March 2019 to November 2020 in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Yangjiang People’s Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional manipulation of joint loosening,and the observation group was treated with dynamic standing bed,ankle-foot orthosis and the joint loosening for 30 days.The Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Compopsite Spasticity Scale(CSS),and Fugl-meyer Motor Scale.Results:The scores of MBI and Fugl-Meyer in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,The CSS scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of dynamic standing bed combined with ankle-foot orthosis was better than that of traditional manipulation,which for the the patient with extensor muscle spasms of lower extremities .
