摘  要:在“新工科”的大环境下,时代对安全科学与工程的研究生提出新的要求,并暴露出原有人才培养体系存在的不足。通过对旧的人才培养模式的分析,得出其短板在于课程内容落后、教学形式单一、考核方式陈旧3方面;针对旧模式不足之处,从构建多学科交叉课程内容新体系、探究理论结合实际的课程新形式、建立多角度全面课程考核新方法3方面出发,提出一种有助于提高研究生创新能力的新型人才培养模式,为打破学科限制,培养适应新时代要求的创新型人才提供新方法、新思路。Under the environment of"emerging engineering",the era has put forward new requirements for graduate students in safety science and engineering,which reveals the shortcomings of the original talent training system.Therefore,the article analyzes the old talent cultivation mode and concludes that its shortcomings lie in three major aspects:backward curriculum content,single teaching form and outdated assessment method.In view of the above deficiencies of the old model,a new talent cultivation model that helps to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates is proposed from three dimensions:building a new system of multidisciplinary cross-curriculum content,exploring a new form of theoretically and practically integrated curriculum,and establishing a new method of multi-angle comprehensive curriculum assessment,which provides new methods and new ideas to break the disciplinary restrictions and cultivate innovative talents that meet the requirements of the new era.
