摘  要:基于GB/T 17657—2022《人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》中4.61甲醛释放量测定(干燥器法)的要求,设计了框架式试件支架,该支架解决了人造板及相关饰面材料试件在干燥器中的快捷且稳定摆放的操作问题,满足了相关检测方法标准对甲醛释放量测定的要求。A framework specimens support was designed and developed to hold wood-based panel specimens to determine the formaldehyde emission by desiccator method in accordance with the Clause 4.61 specified in GB/T 17657—2022 Test methods of evaluating the properties of wood-based panels and surface decorated wood-based panels.The framework specimens support successfully solved the unstable layouts of wood-based panel and other decorative material specimens placed in the desiccator with an easy and quick manipulation which also reached the standard requirements of the formaldehyde emission measurements.
