摘　　要：湿邪是一种具有黏滞重浊、趋下特性的致病外邪,随着人们生活习惯的变化,湿证愈加多见。由于机体不同部位的特点、功能不一,湿邪侵袭时的病机也不一致,对其进行梳理,有利于临床诊疗。湿邪分内湿与外湿,本文拟以外湿由表入里的侵袭途径为线索,结合湿邪致病的特点,论述湿邪在机体各部位致病的临床表现,并比较其致病病机的异同。此外,本文还结合西医学的研究成果阐释湿邪的致病机理,更好地为中西医融合、提高临床诊疗效果和精准用药提供研究证据。Dampness is one of the important external pathogens in Chinese medicine,and with the changes in peoples living habits,dampness syndrome is becoming more and more common.Due to the different characteristics and functions of different parts of the body,the pathogenesis of dampness is not the same when it attacks,so it is helpful to examine it before clinical treatment.Dampness forms through inner unbalance or invades through external environment.This paper discusses the clinical manifestations of dampness in various parts of the body and highlights the similarities and differences in the pathogenic mechanisms of dampness,taking into account the pathogenic characteristics of dampness as a clue for the external dampness invasion pathway from the surface to the inside.In addition,this paper also explains the disease mechanism of dampness syndrome in the context of western medical research,so as to provide research evidence for the integration of Chinese and western medicine and to improve medical treatment in clinical practice.
