农村残疾儿童家庭照护需求的实证研究——基于对贵州省7个市州1186名残疾儿童家长的调查

摘　　要：采用目的抽样方法,对贵州省7个市州1 186名农村残疾儿童家长实施调查,发现他们在家庭照护信息、照护经济补贴、照护技能需求、照护情感需求和照护托管服务等五个方面的需求强烈,且农村残疾儿童家长的职业类别、受教育程度、子女残障类别和子女残障程度等人口学变量对家庭照护需求有重要影响;家庭照护需求不受家长性别、家庭收入及子女性别等人口学变量的影响。对此,聚焦农村残疾儿童家长的家庭照护实际需求,分别以家庭照护信息咨询需求、照护经济补贴需求、照护技能需求、照护情感需求及照护托管服务需求为着力点,制定有效的供给策略,以舒缓农村残疾儿童家长的照护压力。A survey of 1,186 parents of disabled children in rural areas in 7 cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province was conducted by means of purposive sampling.It was found that they had strong needs in five aspects:family care information,care economic subsidies,care skills,care emotion,care and nursery services.Demographic variables such as occupation category,educational level,children's disability category,children's disability degree of parents of disabled children in rural areas had an important impact on family care needs.Family care needs are not affected by demographic variables such as parents' gender,family income and children's gender.In this regard,it is necessary to focus on the actual needs of parents of rural disabled children for family care,and develop effective supply strategies based on the needs of family care information,care economic subsidies,care skills,care emotions,and care and nursery services,so as to alleviate the care and nursery stress of parents of disabled children.
