摘 要:“大职业教育主义”是黄炎培对近代中国职业教育发展困境深度思考后阐发的构想,表达了他坚守“职业教育”的初衷,明确了沟通职业教育内外部关系直至“参与一切”“容纳一切”的取向,以创造出职业教育发展的新环境,体现了中华职业教育社在对待职业教育功能及处理职业教育发展与社会制约的关系时的理性、务实态度,是在当时条件下极其宝贵的系统思想。尽管“大职业教育主义”模糊了职业教育的边界,甚至导致盛极一时的“职业教育思潮”的消退,但它突破了“职业教育实施全然依赖职业学校一途”的抉择,跳出就教育而论教育的理路,以及将职业教育置于更广阔社会视野的实践,对当今职业教育改革尤其是科学设计职业教育与普通教育融通渠道、深入探索产教融合方式等仍不乏启示。“Extensive vocational educationism” was Huang Yanpei's conceptualization of the development challenges faced by modern vocational education in China.It expressed the original intention of upholding “vocational education” and clarified the demand for communication between internal and external aspects of vocational education,even to the extent of “participation in all” and “accommodating all”.It aimed to create a new environment for the development of vocational education and reflected the rational and pragmatic attitude of the Chinese Vocational Education Society in dealing with the functions of vocational education and the relationship between vocational education development and social constraints.It was an extremely valuable systematic ideology given the conditions at the time.Although “Extensive Vocational Educationism” blurred the boundaries of vocational education and even led to the decline of the popular “vocational education trend” for a time,its breakthrough in moving away from relying solely on vocational schools for vocational education implementation,its departure from an education-centric approach,and its practical placement of vocational education within a broader social perspective still provide inspiration for current vocational education reform.This is particularly relevant for the scientific design of pathways for integrating vocational education and general education,as well as for exploring the integration of industry and education in-depth.
