摘　　要：《韩非子》记有孔子批评“以黍雪桃”的故事。“以黍雪桃”这种处理桃子的方式,相关文献没有明确解释,一般认为是以黍擦拭桃子。我们结合《礼记》中的“沐稷而靧粱”及相关材料,认为“以黍雪桃”是把黍放在水里浸泡,然后用黍和浸泡的水一起清洗桃子,并非仅仅是用黍擦拭桃子这样简单。Han Feizi records a story of Confucius criticizing the practice of “clean peaches with millet”.The specific explanation of this method of handling peaches is not explicitly mentioned in related literature,but it is generally believed to involve using millet to wipe the peaches.By combining the passage “wash the face and hair with the soup of millet and sorghum” from the Book of Rites and relevant materials,it is believed that “clean peaches with millet” refers to soaking the millet in water and using the soaked millet and water to wash the peaches.It is not simply wiping the peaches with millet as a means of cleaning.
