摘　　要：视觉器官在人的生活中具有无可取代的作用,视力损伤不仅影响个人的正常生活,还有可能会给整个家庭,甚至是社会带来沉重的负担.据世界卫生组织(World Health Organization, WHO)估计,世界上80%的盲人可以通过眼部健康教育和加强眼部保健来避免,只有20%的失明和视力障碍目前没有有效的防治方法.相关的流行病学调查可以明确致盲和视力损害的主要原因,为制定科学有效的预防计划提供支持.在此背景下,对国内外儿童视力损伤的流行情况进行综述,通过早发现、早治疗和低视力康复,对儿童视力损伤患者进行不同程度的帮助,增强患者的日常生活和工作能力,减轻家庭和社会的负担.Visual organs have an irreplaceable role in human's life.Visual impairment not only ffects the normallife of individuals,but also brings a heavy burden on the whole family,and even society.According to WHO,80%of the blind people in the world can be prevented by eye health education and care,and only 20%ofblindness and visual impairment have no fective prevention and treatment at present.The related epidemiologi-cal investigaton can clarify the main causes of blindness and visual impairment,and provide support for makingscientific and efective prevention plans.In this context,this paper summarizes the prevalence of children's visu-al impaiment.Through early detection,early treatment and low vision rehabilitation,children's visual impair-ment patients can be helped to varying degrees,so as to enhance their daily life and work ability and reduce theburden on their families and society.
