摘  要:临床免疫学检验是现代检验学领域中更新最快、最具活力的学科之一。医学文献是传递免疫学领域新发现和新理论的重要载体,因此,文献阅读有助于本科生更新专业知识体系,同时也符合医学专业本科教育的基本标准。文章将团队合作学习(TBL)模式引入文献阅读研讨课,结合翻转课堂的混合式教学,在医学本科临床免疫学检验课程教学中允以实践,丰富了课程内容和教学方式的同时,也为本科生后续的毕业论文设计、研究生学习以及临床研究提供了科研基础。Clinical laboratory immunology is one of the most dynamic disciplines in the field of modern laboratory science.Medical literature is an important carrier of new discoveries and theories in the field of immunology;therefore,literature reading can help undergraduates to update their professional knowledge system,improve scientific literacy,and cultivate innovative thinking,which conform to the basic standards of medical undergraduate education.In this study,the Team-based Learning(TBL)model combined with flipped classroom was applied to the literature reading seminar in the course of Clinical Laboratory Immunology for medical undergraduates.This teaching model enriches the teaching content and lays a solid foundation for subsequent graduation thesis writing,postgraduate learning,and future clinical research of the undergraduate students.
