摘  要:具备较高的核心素养是职技高师人才培养的方向和目标,也是对学生进行评价的标准和“准绳”。文章通过比较分析国内外核心素养内涵,结合国家政策方针和职业教育人才培养要求,从职业教育目标定位和类型定位的内在逻辑入手,紧扣结构统一性和内容发展性,构建了由师范能力、专业能力、发展能力和思想意识四个一级指标以及对应十二个二级指标组成的立体多维的职技高师毕业生“412”核心素养体系。该体系改变了以往只是对核心素养进行简单的平面分解和线性累加,而是站在立德树人的视角上对其进行多维阐释,为职技高师毕业生核心素养融通性培养提供参考。Higher core quality is the direction and goal of cultivating talents in vocational and technical normal colleges,and also the standard and“criterion”of student evaluation.By comparing and analyzing the connotation of core literacy at home and abroad,combining the national policies and guidelines and the requirements of talent cultivation of vocational education,starting with the internal logic of goal positioning and type positioning of vocational education,and closely following the structural unity and content development,the article constructs the 412 core quality system of vocational and technical normal college graduates which is composed of four first-level indicators of development ability and ideology and twelve corresponding second-level indicators.This system has changed the previous simple plane decomposition and linear accumulation,and has made multi-dimensional interpretation from the perspective of morality and talent cultivation,providing a reference for the cultivation of the core quality of vocational and technical college graduates.
