红军军纪与长征胜利——基于国民党文献的视角

摘　　要：从国民党有关文献记载看,无论是在处理与群众关系,还是在对公共机构的保护等方面,红军在长征中确实做到了“秋毫无犯”和“毫无骚扰”。国民党宣传中的红军四处“杀戮”,实际是镇压土豪劣绅和国民党贪官污吏。由于贯彻了正确的群众路线和民族政策,执行了严明的纪律和发扬了优良的作风,红军建立和巩固了与群众传统的血肉联系,得到了民众的支持和拥护,解决了行军作战所需物资,扩充了兵员,保存了骨干力量。可以说,严明的军风军纪,是红军战略转移取得胜利的重要保证。From the relevant literature records of the Kuomintang,it can be seen that the Red Army did indeed achieve“no harm”and“no harassment”in handling relations with the masses and protecting public institutions during the Long March.The Red Army’s wid-espread“slaughter”in the propaganda of the Kuomintang actually were the practices where the Red Army suppressed local tyrants,evil gentry,and corrupt officials of the Kuomintang.As a result of the implementation of the correct Mass line and national policies,the im-plementation of strict discipline and the promotion of the fine style of work,the Red Army has established its close relationship with the masses,won the support of the masses,solved the materials needed for the March,expanded its troops and preserved its backbone strength.It can be said that strict military discipline is important guarantee for the victory of the Red Army’s strategic transfer.
