积极心理学视域下贫困生心理健康促进性研究

摘　　要：积极心理学强调积极的价值取向,倡导建立积极的人格特质、积极的组织系统以及积极的情绪体验,该理论对贫困学生的心理健康教育具有借鉴意义。在积极心理学理论的基础上,针对贫困学生的自卑感、孤独感以及被歧视感,提出资助帮扶多元化、优化心理教育方式以及营造积极支持系统三方面的建议。Positive psychology emphasizes a positive value orientation and advocates the establishment of positive personality traits,positive organizational systems,and positive emotional experiences.This theory has reference significance for the psychological health education of impoverished students.Based on the theory of positive psychology,suggestions are proposed to address the feelings of inferiority,loneliness,and discrimination of impoverished students,including diversified funding and assistance,optimizing psychological education methods,and creating a positive support system.
