摘  要:行业高水平大学学科发展的实质是在制度引导下实现行业发展趋势、知识生产规律与院校组织目标的统一,核心是推动组织成员行动逻辑的构建。从社会学制度主义视角透视,行业高水平大学学科建设呈现“国家一元管理”向“社会多元治理”、以市场经济体制改革为动因、以政府主导与高校主体相结合的变迁特征。行业高水平大学学科建设面临政策规制引发的制度性同构、学术标准内化产生的规范性趋同和学科认知矛盾形成的模仿性趋同等现实挑战。积极建构以学科生态重构为立足点、以学科特色发展为基本主张、以学科文化认同为价值旨归的制度环境,是学科制度创新的路径选择。The essence of discipline development in high-level industrial universities is to achieve the unity of industry development trend,knowledge production law and organizational goals under the guidance of the system.The core is to promote the construction of the action logic of the members of the organization.From the perspective of sociological institutionalism,the discipline construction of high-level industrial universities presents the characteristics of changes from“unitary management of the state”to“pluralistic governance of the society”,driven by the reform of the market economic system,and the combination of government leading and university main body.At present,the discipline construction of high-level industrial universities is faced with the realistic challenges of institutional isomorphism caused by policy regulation,normative convergence caused by the internalization of academic standards and imitated convergence caused by the contradiction of discipline cognition.Therefore,to actively construct an institutional environment based on the ecological reconstruction of the discipline,with the development of the discipline characteristics as the basic proposition,and with the cultural identity of the discipline as the value objective,has become the path choice for the innovation of the discipline system.
