基于共生理论的地方高校产教融合成熟度评价

摘　　要：产教融合是地方高校办学的指挥棒,随着产教融合逐渐深化,有必要对地方高校产教融合程度进行衡量。基于共生理论,利用项目管理成熟度模型,从共生单元、共生模式、共生环境三维度将产教融合成熟度分为五个级别,利用AHP层次分析法构建产教融合成熟度评价指标体系。全国30所地方高校调研数据显示,平均产教融合成熟度为0.5320,位于规模规范级,说明地方高校产教融合取得了成效,但具有区域不均衡特征,环渤海、长三角、珠三角等东部产业集群经济圈的地方高校产教融合成熟度相对高于中西部地区。未来,政府应完善政策保障体系以推动产教融合协同发展,地方高校应加强产教融合组织建设以提升资源要素匹配能力,企业应增强社会责任意识以寻找产教融合绩效提升点。The integration of industry and education is the baton of local universities’school-running activities.With the gradual deepening of the integration of industry and education,it is necessary to measure the degree of integration of industry and education in local universities.Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper uses the project management maturity model to divide the maturity of industryeducation integration into five levels from the three dimensions of symbiosis unit,symbiosis mode and symbiosis environment,and constructs the maturity evaluation index system of industry-education integration using AHP.The survey data of 30local colleges and universities across the country show that their average maturity of industry-education integration is 0.5320,which is at the level of scale specification,indicating that the integration of local colleges and universities has achieved results,but has the characteristics of regional imbalance.The maturity of industry-education integration of local colleges and universities with industrial clusters in the eastern economic circles such as the Bohai Sea,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is relatively higher than that in the central and western regions.In the future,the government should improve the policy guarantee system to promote the coordinated development of the integration of industry and education,local colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of the integration of industry and education to improve the matching ability of resource elements,and enterprises should enhance the awareness of social responsibility,and look for the performance improvement points of the integration of industry and education.
