摘 要:“双一流”大学J学术工科硕士生学术热情影响机制的混合研究显示,读博意愿、专业能力、程序性支持、导生情感性互动正向预测学术承诺;读博意愿、专业能力、程序性支持、情感性支持、导生学术性互动正向预测学术志趣,性别、户籍和年级对学术志趣有显著影响。工科硕士生学术热情呈现“虚假”向“真实”的转变过程,院系情感性支持可缓解因转变而产生的学术焦虑。性别刻板印象及其带来的“系统性歧视”是阻碍部分女性硕士生学术热情提升的重要原因。院系程序性支持是提升硕士生专业能力的重要手段,其作用效果取决于个体读博意愿。实验室是学术化重要场所,导生互动是学生顺利学术化的关键。高校可从个体学术背景、组织环境、导生互动等方面入手提高工科硕士生学术热情。This study adopts a mixed research method and conducts analysis based on the survey data of J University.The study found that the doctoral willingness,professional abilities,procedural support,and emotional support of supervisors positively predicted academic commitment;doctoral willingness,professional abilities,procedural support,emotional support,and academic support of supervisors positively predicted academic interest,and gender,hukou and grade also have a significant impact on academic interest.The academic passion of masters of science in engineering shows a process of transition from“false”to“true”,and emotional support from departments can alleviate the academic anxiety caused by the transition.Gender stereotypes and the resulting“systematic discrimination”are important reasons for hindering the academic enthusiasm of some female master students.The procedural support from departments can improve the professional abilities,and its effect depends on the individual’s willingness to pursue a doctoral degree.The laboratory is an important place to achieve academicization,and the supervisor-student interaction is the key element to the smooth academicization of students.Based on this,universities can start from the aspects of individual academic background,organizational environment,and supervisor-student interaction to improve the students’academic passion.
