摘  要:针对废液焚烧过程中因变量耦合与废液热值波动大所导致的控制效果不佳的问题,在综合考虑了焚烧温度、烟气氧含量以及炉膛负压对焚烧过程影响程度的基础上,采用机理建模法建立了面向控制的废液焚烧过程动态数学模型。所建立的数学模型依据物料平衡和能量平衡的方法,结合废液焚烧炉的技术参数计算出模型参数的具体数值。基于实际数据的仿真结果表明,所建模型可以较好地体现废液焚烧系统的动态特性,且精度较高,可以进行工程实用。所建模型不仅为焚烧过程的分析提供了理论基础,还为焚烧控制系统的设计提供了仿真平台。Aiming at the problem of poor control effect caused by the coupling of dependent variables and large fluctuation of heat value of waste liquid in the waste liquid incineration process,based on the comprehensive consideration of the influence of incineration temperature,flue gas oxygen content and furnace negative pressure on the incineration process,the mechanism modeling method was adopted to establish a control-oriented dynamic mathematical model of the waste liquid incineration process.The established mathematical model calculates the specific values of the model parameters according to the methods of mass balance and energy balance,combined with the technical parameters of the waste liquid incinerator.The simulation results based on actual data show that the built model can better reflect the dynamic characteristics of the waste liquid incineration system,and the accuracy is high,which can be applied in engineering.The model not only provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the incineration process,but also provides a simulation platform for the design of the incineration control system.
