摘 要:为满足微惯性测量单元(MIMU)减振要求,利用橡胶体积小、质量轻、设计灵活的特点设计减振器。通过优化橡胶硬度、安装尺寸及安装压缩量提高了MIMU的谐振频率,且MIMU的动态性能未受到明显影响。通过随机振动及正弦角振动试验验证了橡胶减振器的减振效果,结果表明,微惯性测量单元X、Y、Z轴向谐振频率分别提升至3 672、3 990、3 976 Hz,陀螺带宽140~150 Hz,角速率延迟约2.7 ms。该方案对各类微惯性测量单元减振系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。To meet the vibration damping requirements of micro-inertial measurement units(MIMUs),a damper was designed using the characteristics of small size,light mass and flexible design of rubber.The resonant frequency of the MIMU was improved by optimizing the rubber hardness,mounting dimensions and mounting compression amount,while the dynamic performances of the MIMU were not significantly affected.The damping effect of the rubber damper was verified by random vibration and sinusoidal angular vibration tests.The results show that the resonant frequencies of the MIMU along X,Y and Z axes are increased to 3672,3990 and 3976 Hz respectively,the gyroscopic bandwidth is 140-150 Hz,and the angular rate delay is about 2.7 ms.The solution has reference value for the design of the damping system of various kinds of MIMUs.
