摘 要:针对热镀锌板冲压“掉粉”问题,通过检测颗粒物组成、锌层附着力、带钢表面涂油量、带钢表面粗糙度,得出了热镀锌板冲压“掉粉”是由于带钢表面粗糙度过高导致。为解决冲压“掉粉”问题,需将带钢表面粗糙度控制在0.8μm以下。根据镀锌线生产工艺参数,建立了带钢表面粗糙度复制模型,给出了控制带钢表面粗糙度的措施:将光整机工作辊通过激光毛化将其表面粗糙度降低至2.03μm;结合光整机工作辊表面粗糙度衰减模型,将该规格物料安排至工作辊轧制里程超过244km后生产。In order to solve the problem of"powder off"in hot-dip galvanized sheet stamping,it is concluded that the reason for"powder off"in hot-dip galvanized sheet stamping is due to the high surface roughness of strip steel by checking particle composition,adhesion of zinc layer,oil amount applied on strip steel surface and surface roughness of strip steel.In order to solve the problem of"powder off",the surface roughness of strip steel should be controlled below 0.8μm.According to the production process parameters of galvanized line,the copying model of strip surface roughness was established,and the measures to control strip surface roughness were given.According to the surface roughness attenuation model of the work roll of the polishing machine,the material of this specification is arranged to be produced after the rolling distance of the work roll exceeds 244km.
