摘  要:中德职业教育汽车合作(SGAVE)项目人才培养目标旨在精准定位“汽车机电工程师”工作岗位的综合能力要求。为了开发适合我国高职汽车检测与维修技术专业、汽车制造与试验技术专业本土的“学习领域”课程模式。本文从职业工作过程出发,利用“教学论反射”原理,建设从职业行动领域到课程学习领域到学习情境的课程体系,夯实本土化的“学习领域”课程模式在应用中的实践基础。提出以“客户业务委托”为起点,导入学习任务;以“工作过程导向”为教学方法,培养学生自主学习、解决问题的能力;以“资格培训矩阵”为考核评价方式,科学评价学生的学习效果的“学习领域”课程模式本土化实践路径。最终提出“学习领域”课程模式本土化实践研究的对策建议,实现学生能力培养层层递进,“螺旋式”进阶。The talent training goal of the Sino-German Vocational Education Automotive Cooperation(SGAVE)project aims to accurately locate the comprehensive competence requirements of the"automotive mechanical and electrical engineer"position.In order to develop a"learning fi eld"course model suitable for China's higher vocational automobile testing and maintenance technology major,automobile manufacturing and testing technology major.Starting from the professional work process,this paper uses the principle of"pedagogical refl ex"to construct a curriculum system from the occupational action fi eld to the curriculum learning fi eld to the learning situation,and consolidates the practical foundation of the localized"learning field"curriculum model in the application.The study proposes to take"customer business entrustment"as the starting point to introduce learning tasks,taking"work process orientation"as the teaching method to cultivate students'independent learning and problem-solving skills,and taking the"qualifi cation training matrix"as the assessment and evaluation method,the localization practice path of the"learning fi eld"course model scientifi cally evaluates the learning eff ect of students.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the localization practice research of the"learning fi eld"curriculum model are put forward,to realize the gradual and"spiral"advancement of students'ability training.
